Surrounded by towering peaks, this picturesque settlement offered a glimpse into the local culture and history. The Baltit Fort, perched majestically above the town, provided a captivating view of the valley below, while Altit Fort, a short distance away, offered an immersive journey into the region's heritage.

Located in the heart of Skardu, the Shangrila Resort offered an oasis of comfort amid the rugged terrain. Known as the "Heaven on Earth," this resort boasted lush gardens, fruit-laden orchards, and a tranquil lake that mirrored the surrounding mountains. The experience felt like a dream come true.
